MGI Learning is a global provider of customer service training, mindset and behavioural courses, and coaching programmes.
Their mission is to help organisations build high‑trust cultures, empower managers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
To reflect this vision online, they needed a modern, engaging, and user‑friendly website that would clearly communicate their services, case studies, and thought leadership resources.
The previous website did not provide a clear structure for showcasing MGI’s diverse programmes, and visitors often struggled to navigate and find the information they needed.
The design lacked the professional yet approachable identity that MGI wanted to project, and the site was not optimised for international audiences or mobile devices.
In addition, performance and accessibility standards required improvement to ensure the site was fast, inclusive, and aligned with best practices.
We began by analysing MGI’s brand values and the needs of their audience, then translated those insights into a clean and modern interface.
The new design highlights MGI’s core offerings while making navigation intuitive and straightforward. We used a professional colour palette, consistent typography, and engaging imagery to reflect the organisation’s values of positivity, collaboration, and transformation.
At the same time, we built the site on a scalable and secure content management system, giving MGI’s team the flexibility to update content and resources with ease. Key features such as booking functionality for discovery calls, a dedicated resource hub for webinars and insights, and regional contact options for the UK and Australia were integrated.
We also optimised the site for search engines, performance, and accessibility, ensuring a seamless experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
The new website provides MGI Learning with a professional digital presence that aligns with their mission and values.
Visitors can now easily explore training programmes, case studies, and thought leadership content, which has led to improved engagement and reduced bounce rates. SEO optimisation has increased organic traffic and visibility, while the streamlined navigation and responsive design have enhanced the overall user experience.
Most importantly, the site now serves as a powerful lead generation tool, enabling discovery calls and direct contact with MGI’s teams, and positioning the organisation as a trusted, modern, and accessible partner for companies seeking transformational training solutions.
